Bernd Lienhard

Chief Executive Officer

Bernd Lienhard is the Chief Executive Officer of VORAGO Technologies and brings more than 30 years of global semiconductor experience to the company. He leads the company's business strategy, P&L management, technology development, engineering, sales and marketing.

Immediately prior to joining VORAGO, Bernd was the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Client Business Unit at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). He also served as Vice President and General Manager of both the Networking Processor and Multimedia Application Divisions at Freescale Semiconductor and held leadership roles at Conexant Systems, Infineon Technologies, Siemens Semiconductor, and Siemens Defense Electronics.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Munich University of Applied Science in Germany.

Garry Nash

Chief Operating Officer

Garry Nash is the Chief Operating Officer at VORAGO Technologies. Since 2013, Garry has led the alignment of operations in such areas as Quality, Operations, HR, Test Engineering, Application Engineering, Design, Procurement, Logistics, Project Management and Global Supply Chain Management. He has more than 35 years of semiconductor leadership experience in the areas of Quality & Supply Chain Management, Reliability, Operations & Process/Product Engineering.

Prior to joining VORAGO, Garry worked for SMSC as Vice President of Global Quality & Supplier Engineering and also served as Vice President of Automotive Product Engineering. His previous positions include Corporate Quality Operations Systems Director for LSI Logic, Director of Quality Assurance for Sony Semiconductor, Quality Assurance Manager for AMD, and Front End Process Control Manager for United Technologies MOSTEK.

Garry earned a BBA in Business Management from the University of North Texas.

Patrice Parris, PH.D.

Chief Technology Officer

Patrice is Chief Technology Officer for VORAGO and is responsible for the company’s technological vision and the continued development of its groundbreaking and patented HARDSIL® technology. This includes guiding future application for HARDSIL® across foundries, partners and customers. He also represents the company on its Technical Advisory Board (TAB) and is a key spokesperson and thought leader.

With over 30 years in the Semiconductor field, Patrice has led technical organizations and been a part of core teams focused on developing next-generation technologies. In the course of his career he’s had 70 U.S. patents issued in SMARTPower, NVM and More-than-Moore CMOS and BJT-based devices. Prior to VORAGO Technologies, he was most recently a Master Innovator and Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at NXP and Freescale, and also held numerous technology development roles at Motorola.

He holds Ph.D., S.M. and S.B. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and S.B. in Physics from MIT.

Brad Boyer

Vice President, Global Sales & Business Development

Brad Boyer brings over 25 years of semiconductor sales leadership to VORAGO, spanning the aerospace, defense, and high-reliability semiconductor sectors. Previously, he served in a sales leadership role at ams OSRAM, driving custom sensor and emitter solutions for key customers in the augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) market.

He also held leadership roles at HID Global, Infineon, and Cypress Semiconductor. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex international agreements, scaled high-performance global sales teams, and consistently driven revenue growth and market expansion. Brad brings deep relationship and technical expertise in commercializing safety-critical, high-reliability microcontrollers (MCUs), non-volatile memories, secure embedded systems, and power management semiconductors.

He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy.

Heather Srigley

Head of Marketing

Heather Srigley brings more than 30 years of global marketing and communications leadership across the semiconductor, technology, and industrial sectors. As Head of Marketing at VORAGO Technologies, she leads brand strategy, demand generation, and external communications to strengthen the company’s presence across aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.

Before joining VORAGO, Heather served as Vice President of Marketing at NeuReality, an AI networking pioneer, and spent two decades at Intel in marketing leadership roles, where she helped launch the first-generation Intel® Core® processors. She also held communications roles at Dow Chemical and founded The Brand Bunker to support small businesses and startups during the shift toward AI-driven, localized marketing.

Heather holds an MBA in Marketing from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communications from Simon Fraser University, Canada.

Annie Yu

Vice President of Finance

Annie Yu brings over two decades of financial leadership experience across the semiconductor, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Before joining VORAGO Technologies, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Coherent Logix, where she led global finance and accounting operations, implemented scalable systems and processes, and supported key strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Annie has held progressive leadership roles at Dell Technologies, Watts Water Technologies, Freescale Semiconductor, and Motorola, where she consistently drove financial transformation, operational efficiency, and business growth.

She has a proven track record in financial controllership, corporate FP&A, SOX compliance and internal controls, ERP implementation, and finance talent development.

Annie holds an MBA from St. Edward’s University, a Bachelor of Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA).
