Location: Austin, Texas headquarters or Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego) with a heavy Customer base

Serve as the primary technical interface between VORAGO Technologies and customers.
Support customers with design-in activities, including component selection, system architecture, and firmware/software development.
Provide technical guidance on VORAGO products, including microcontrollers, processors, high temperature, radiation hardened and radiation tolerant solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers and partners.
Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements to product development teams.
Assist in creating technical documentation, application notes, and reference designs.
Represent VORAGO Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in applications requiring some level of radiation tolerance either at the system or component level.
Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers (especially ARM Cortex M0, M4, and M55), and/or FPGA design.
Proficiency in C/C++ or other embedded programming languages.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%).

Experience designing radiation-hardened electronics with space-grade and commercial components.
Experience with RTOS, low-level drivers, and hardware/software integration.
Experience with error detection and correction, and memory scrub techniques.
Analog, power design, crystal oscillator, PLL exerience is preferred including ADC, DAC, comparators, temperature sensors, DC/DC and LDOs.
Motion control experience is a strong benefit.
Interface design including Ethernet, CAN, SpaceWire, UART, I2C, SPI, and external bus/memory interface and DMA.
Knowledge of space industry standards and qualification processes.
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
