Location: Remote/on-site/hybrid (U.S.-based; Eastern or Central time zone preferred, or willing to work those hours)

This entry-level Sales Coordinator will provide direct support to the Sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, customer communications, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) reporting. This position offers excellent growth potential within the company for someone eager to learn about our products, customers, marketing, and sales processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft and specifically Excel, and comfortable working in Salesforce. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, accuracy is essential, and both individual focus and team collaboration are key.

Assist with customer quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer data, pricing, and forecasts in CRM and spreadsheets.
Support distributor and rep communications regarding product availability, lead times, and documentation.
Generate sales reports, track open opportunities, and identify follow-up actions.
Create and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports for the Sales team.
Interface with marketing on lead distribution and follow-up.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and customer meetings.
Perform general administrative support for the Sales team as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred (Business, Communications, or related field).
0–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filtering, formatting, etc.).
Preferred: Salesforce administrative experience — ability to modify dashboards, create reports, update fields, and assist with CRM data management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
