RAD-HARDENED
VA41620
Arm Cortex-M4 Microcontroller
Your Memory Architecture. No Performance Tradeoffs.
The VA41620 swaps the VA41630's integrated non-volatile memory (NVM) for an external Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) NVM interface, giving system architects the flexibility to use their own radiation-hardened memory while carrying the family's strongest Total Ionizing Dose (TID) protection through the Van Allen belts and beyond.
Specifications
Combining >300 krad(Si) radiation hardness with external memory support, the VA41620 is built for data-demanding missions. It enables engineers to select and scale external radiation-hardened non-volatile memory (NVM) as needed —delivering an adaptable, high-reliability control solution for software-defined radios, primary flight computers, and complex payloads.
