RAD-HARDENED
VA53239
Dual Core Arm® Cortex®-M55 Microcontroller
Accelerated Dual Core Performance
The radiation-hardened The VA5 family represents VORAGO’s first generation of dualcore Arm® Cortex®-M55 microcontrollers, available in both radiation hardened by process (RHBP or HARDSIL® technology) and radiation tolerant by design (RTBD) versions. Purpose-built for the extreme demands of space, defense, and autonomous missions, these space-grade MCUs combine dual 32-bit cores with robust radiation mitigation, advanced fault tolerance, and power-efficient processing.
Specifications
Engineered for extreme environments, the VA53239 is targeted to run up to 200 MHz with ECC-protected program and data memory for high-throughput, low-latency computation - ideal for onboard payload control and spaceflight avionics.
